| Working Hours | 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Monday to Saturday (Saturday morning only) |

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design of electrical systems, including power supply, lighting, ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, lightning protection, and grounding systems.
- Develop design concepts, perform load calculations, and select suitable equipment.
- Review, verify, and approve design documents before issuance.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, HVAC, and Plumbing disciplines to ensure system integration and consistency.
- Communicate and coordinate technical matters with Clients, Consultants, Authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Guide, assign, and supervise the work of engineers within the department.
- Participate in resolving technical issues during project implementation.
- Take responsibility for enhancing the technical expertise of the discipline team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, standards, and legal requirements.
- Deliver assigned tasks with high quality and within project schedules.
- Take full responsibility for the quality of issued design drawings and documents.
- Comply with the company’s working procedures, standards, and Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop design procedures, technical guidelines, and training programs for departmental staff.

3. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Possession of a Grade I Design Practice Certificate in the relevant discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in the relevant field, including at least 1 year in a similar leadership position.
- Direct management experience in at least one Grade I construction project.
- Strong knowledge of current regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering software such as Dialux, HAP, Trane 700, EPANET, etc.
- Strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of BIM processes.
- Experience in project and team management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- High sense of responsibility and proactive working attitude.
