JOB DESCRIPTION
| Position: | HR & Administration Team Leader |

| Work Location: | Gia Dinh Tower, 566 National Highway 13, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam |
| Working Hours: | 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Monday – Saturday Morning |
| Salary: | Negotiable based on qualifications and experience |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources (HR Management & Systems)
- Develop and implement KPI systems and employee performance evaluation frameworks.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with:
- Employee records and personnel documentation.
- Labor contracts and related HR documentation.
- Attendance, payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits administration (executed by assigned HR personnel).
- Handle complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, labor disputes, and senior-level resignations.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and employee engagement programs.
Administration (Operational Management)
- Develop, standardize, and continuously improve internal policies, procedures, and operational systems for both HR and Administration functions.
- Assign, supervise, and evaluate the performance of:
- Recruitment & HR personnel.
- Administrative personnel.
- Establish KPIs for the HR & Administration team and monitor performance regularly.
- Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors regarding:
- Recruitment activities, workforce changes, and employee performance.
- Administrative and office operating costs.
- Internal operational matters and improvement opportunities.
- Propose and implement improvements to HR systems, company policies, and operational processes.
- Train, mentor, and develop the HR & Administration team.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership position; experience in office management is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Office Administration, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and situation-handling skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and highly organized.
- Ability to lead and coordinate team activities effectively.
