JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assign, coordinate, and supervise the QS team to ensure project progress, quality, and overall performance.
• Review, verify, and approve cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) before issuance or submission to Clients.
• Prepare or oversee quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BOQs, total investment estimates, and project cost reports.
• Monitor project budgets, analyze cost variations, and propose cost optimization solutions throughout the design development process.
• Collaborate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interior Design, BIM, and Project Management teams to resolve quantity- and cost-related issues.
• Attend meetings with Clients, partners, and other stakeholders as assigned.
• Develop, update, and standardize departmental procedures, templates, unit price databases, and cost estimation libraries.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members while proposing plans for team development and process improvement.
• Report project progress, work quality, and cost performance to the Management Board.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS), preferably with high-rise building projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Senior QS or QS Leader position.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Economics, Civil & Industrial Construction, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Proficient in Bac Nam Cost Estimation Software.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.
• Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to quantity and cost management.
