Salary

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Support the International Architectural Advisor by coordinating daily activities, providing interpretation and translation services, preparing project documentation, monitoring design progress, and facilitating communication between the advisor and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Executive Support for the Architectural Advisor
Serve as the primary point of contact for the International Architectural Advisor.
Receive requests from the advisor and communicate them to the design teams.
Monitor the progress of assigned tasks and follow up on deliverables.
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and work plans.
Coordinate meetings with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Prepare documents and presentation materials before meetings.
B. Interpretation & Translation
Provide consecutive interpretation during meetings between the International Architectural Advisor and the design teams.
Translate design documents, reports, emails, meeting minutes, design standards, technical comments, and other related materials.
Ensure accurate communication of technical information and professional terminology.
C. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with internal departments to:
Monitor project progress.
Consolidate issues requiring the advisor's review or decision.
Respond to requests from the advisor.
Ensure timely and accurate communication across all project stakeholders.
D. Design Support
Prepare design documents for the advisor's review.
Compile drawings requiring technical review.
Verify the completeness of documentation before submission.
Update drawings based on the advisor's comments.
Track the implementation of review comments by the design teams.
E. Document Management
Manage design drawings and project documentation.
Maintain review records and IFC documentation.
Control design revisions and version history.
Archive documents in accordance with company procedures.
F. Administrative Support
Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars.
Prepare meeting rooms and presentation materials.
Record and distribute Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Follow up on post-meeting action items.
Coordinate flight and hotel bookings for business trips in collaboration with the HR & Administration Department.
Assist with visa arrangements and travel schedules when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITY
Ensure accurate communication between the International Architectural Advisor and the design teams.
Ensure all documents are complete before review or submission.
Monitor the implementation of the advisor's design comments.
Support effective collaboration between the advisor and internal departments.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all project information.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in Architectural Design, BIM, Interior Design, or Construction Consulting firms is preferred.

Multidisciplinary project coordination
Direct design experience is not required; however, candidates should be able to understand design documentation and architectural terminology to provide effective support.
Language Requirements
Strong English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+, TOEIC 850+, or fluent written and spoken English).
Ability to provide interpretation during technical meetings.
Excellent English writing skills for professional emails and document translation.
