KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review construction drawings and perform detailed quantity take-offs for various project components, including buildings, infrastructure, and landscape works.
Prepare preliminary cost estimates and detailed budgets according to Client requirements.
Develop construction cost estimates based on government norms, regulations, and applicable standards.
Verify, update, and reconcile quantities with design documents, cost estimates, and construction drawings.
Collaborate with relevant departments during tender preparation and quantity control processes.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor (QS) position; candidates with experience in high-rise building projects or government-funded projects are preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Economics, Civil & Industrial Construction Engineering, or related disciplines.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
Familiarity with cost estimation software, particularly Bac Nam Estimation Software.
Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.
Strong ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage quantities and cost data accurately.
