JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) systems for residential and commercial projects, including apartments, hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, urban developments, and other construction projects.
• Perform cooling load calculations and select suitable air conditioning and ventilation equipment for each project.
• Design the following systems:
  • Air conditioning systems (Chiller, VRV/VRF, Split, Packaged Units, etc.)
  • Basement ventilation and smoke extraction systems
  • Staircase pressurization systems
  • Elevator shaft pressurization systems
• Prepare design drawings, including equipment layouts, schematic diagrams, and installation details.
• Develop design reports and quantity take-offs for HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines throughout the design process.
• Develop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP in accordance with the company's BIM standards.
• Revise design documents based on feedback from Clients and Reviewing Authorities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering, Thermal Engineering, MEP Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates and candidates awaiting graduation certificates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Basic ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong teamwork and independent working skills.
