Bringing a design from the drawing board to the construction site requires close coordination among everyone involved. Recently, Song Anh’s management team met with the Project Owner in Hai Phong and visited the Dong Hai project site to review progress and discuss priorities for the next phase.
During the visit, Song Anh’s representatives observed current site conditions and discussed progress, practical requirements, and matters requiring further attention with the Project Owner.
As the project comprises a social housing apartment complex and an area of adjoining houses, staying close to site conditions is essential to the design consultancy process. Insights gathered on site provide a basis for reviewing design solutions, coordinating across disciplines, and responding promptly to emerging requirements.
The meeting also gave Song Anh and the Project Owner an opportunity to review progress, discuss ongoing work, and agree on how to coordinate in the next stages.
Song Anh maintains direct, clear, and regular communication with the Project Owner. When requirements are fully understood and the parties agree on a way forward, the design documentation can be developed more consistently and in closer alignment with the project’s goals.
