KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Objective
To develop technical drawings and BIM (Revit) models under the guidance of Architects and Engineers, ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards, and project schedule requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop technical drawings in Revit based on design concepts, drawings, or existing models provided by Architects/Engineers.
Create and modify BIM (Revit) models according to project requirements and company standards.
Prepare and coordinate technical drawings, including:
Floor plans
Elevations
Sections
Detailed drawings (Architectural, Structural, or MEP components)
Construction and implementation drawings
Revise and update drawings based on feedback from supervisors and related disciplines.
Follow company BIM standards, including templates, families, naming conventions, and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across project documents.
Export drawings and models into required formats for submission and printing (PDF, CAD, etc.).
Conduct basic quality checks before submission, including dimensions, annotations, layouts, symbols, and data consistency.
Organize, manage, and maintain drawing files and BIM models according to company procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background
Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in one of the following fields:
Architecture
Civil Engineering
Construction Engineering
Interior Design
Related disciplines
Technical Qualifications
Experience using Revit (basic to advanced level); training can be provided for candidates without practical project experience.
Proficiency in:
Revit (Mandatory)
AutoCAD
Knowledge of additional software such as SketchUp, Navisworks, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Basic understanding of construction technical drawings and drafting standards.
Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, or MEP drawings is preferred.
Experience
1–5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably involving apartment, residential, or high-rise building projects.
More than 5 years of experience is required for Senior, Lead, or Team Leader positions
Skills
Strong aesthetic sense and awareness of current design trends.
Good presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain design solutions clearly and logically.
Effective teamwork and interdisciplinary coordination skills.
