KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. MEP Design & Technical Management
Review and control the quality of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and Fire Protection design documents to ensure compliance with standards, functionality requirements, and cost optimization.
Review drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates; coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and Interior Design teams to ensure integrated and feasible solutions.
Propose innovative technical solutions and technologies to improve project design efficiency and operational performance.
2. MEP Construction Management
Supervise the installation and construction of MEP systems; ensure consistency between design drawings and site execution.
Inspect, evaluate, and recommend technical adjustments when discrepancies or issues arise during construction.
Ensure all construction activities comply with technical standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
3. Project Schedule & Quality Management
Develop detailed implementation plans for MEP works; monitor project progress and allocate resources effectively to ensure on-time completion.
Control installation quality and conduct inspections at each project stage, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and client requirements.
Participate in technical meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize project schedules.
4. Cost & Material Management
Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for MEP works.
Monitor material, labor, and equipment costs while optimizing resource utilization to maximize project efficiency.
Recommend cost-saving solutions without compromising project quality.
5. Contractor Management & Construction Coordination
Coordinate, supervise, and manage subcontractors throughout project implementation.
Ensure subcontractors comply with design documents, schedules, technical standards, and safety requirements.
Review work quantities, quality performance, and verify contractor payment documents.
6. Technical Problem Solving
Collaborate with design consultants, project management teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
Assess technical risks and provide timely solutions to prevent impacts on project quality and schedule.
7. System Commissioning & Post-Handover Maintenance
Conduct testing and commissioning of all MEP systems prior to project acceptance.
Ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably after handover to the client.
Develop preventive maintenance plans to extend equipment lifespan and minimize operational failures.

REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background & Technical Competencies
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Plumbing & Drainage Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines.
Possession of at least one Class I Professional Certificate in Fire Protection Systems, HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, or Electrical Systems.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese and international standards and codes, including TCVN, QCVN, NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, BS, and related regulations.
In-depth understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment catalogs.
Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HVAC Load Calculation Software, Dialux/Relux, HAP, WaterCAD, and MS Project is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP design or construction.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
Residential high-rise developments
Commercial complexes
Hotels
Office buildings
Mixed-use developments
Previous experience in positions such as:
MEP Site Engineer
MEP Supervisor
MEP Coordinator
MEP Manager
Proven ability to resolve technical conflicts and optimize project schedule, cost, and quality
