The hotel blocks are strategically positioned to maximize ventilation, natural light, and ocean views — evoking a sense of serenity and relaxation.
The low-rise commercial zone follows the design philosophy of “relaxation meets experience,” blending greenery, water features, and coastal-inspired shopping streets for a vibrant leisure atmosphere.
Given the large scale and coastal terrain, Song Anh’s engineering team adopted a rigid-core structure combined with flat slabs to ensure stability, reduce load, and optimize space efficiency.
Each element is modeled using professional software in compliance with TCVN and Eurocode standards — ensuring safety, sustainability, and material efficiency. This is not merely structural engineering; it is the foundation of trust and enduring value.
For Hai Thuan Resort, Song Anh applies advanced VRF central air-conditioning, solar-powered water heating, and natural ventilation for basements, moving toward a green, environmentally friendly building.
