Propose interior design concepts during the Concept and Schematic Design stages.
Develop overall interior design concepts, including style, color schemes, materials, lighting, and furniture selection.
Design interior layouts, space planning, and functional arrangements.
Create 3D interior models (both massing and detailed models) for design presentations.
Produce high-quality 3D renderings according to project requirements.
Prepare concept design documentation, including mood boards, concept boards, design storylines, and preliminary floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Coordinate with related disciplines (Architecture, MEP, Structural Engineering, etc.) to ensure design feasibility.
Revise and refine design proposals based on feedback from Clients and Team Leaders.
Research new interior design trends, materials, furniture, and visualization technologies.
Prepare presentation materials and participate in design proposal presentations when required.

REQUIREMENTS
Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Experience in interior concept design and 3D visualization.
Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop, D5 Render, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, materials, and architectural aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of design processes, standards, and practical implementation requirements.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience working on apartment, high-rise building, hospitality, or other architectural projects is preferred.
Skills
Strong aesthetic sense and awareness of current design trends.
Excellent presentation and design communication skills.
Good teamwork and cross-disciplinary coordination abilities.
