JOB OBJECTIVE
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company's workforce requirements. Proactively source, attract, and select qualified candidates while conducting labor market and competitor research to enhance recruitment effectiveness and strengthen the employer brand.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Planning
Receive hiring requests from departments and coordinate to define recruitment criteria.
Develop monthly and quarterly recruitment plans to fulfill workforce demands.
Propose suitable recruitment strategies for different job categories.
Candidate Sourcing and Attraction
Post job advertisements on appropriate channels and proactively source candidates.
Build and maintain talent pools for specialized positions.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and expand effective recruitment channels.
Candidate Screening and Selection
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Conduct candidate background verification when necessary.
Candidate Follow-up and Engagement
Negotiate offers, persuade candidates to join, and complete onboarding procedures.
Monitor the onboarding and probation period of new employees.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Labor Market Research and Recruitment Improvement
Research labor market trends, recruitment practices, and competitor activities.
Propose solutions to improve recruitment efficiency and attract top talent.
Prepare periodic recruitment reports and ensure KPI targets are achieved.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or College Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
